Why do you only ship to California?
We’re keeping it local, baby. Right now, our operations are dialed in for the Golden State land of avocados, wild ideas, and way too many wellness trends.
By starting in California, we can make sure everything runs smooth, fast, and sexy before we even think about expanding elsewhere.

How long does it take to receive results?
Results will be be available within 1-3 days from the time you ship the samples to the lab.
How will I receive my results?
We will send you a notification as soon as results are available, and results can be viewed within your personal patient portal.
What happens if I test positive?
Our medical team provides support to help you understand your results and guide your next steps. While we don’t prescribe treatment, we’ll help interpret your results and make sure you know exactly what to discuss with your primary care provider.
How often should I get tested for STI's?
Depends on how often you get lucky . The CDC recommends testing every 3 to 12 months based on your level of sexual activity and number of partners. Our medical team suggests making it a yearly habit at minimumand every 3 to 6 months if you’re having unprotected sex with new partners or aren’t sure of your regular partner’s status. Safe is smart.
